Carly's Newborn Pics

My family has been harassing me for a few days to post Carly's newborn pictures that were taken at the hospital. We have over 50 pictures and I seriously love every single one. The only bummer about them is that Chase was not happy about the picture taking and wouldn't really cooperate. I was really hoping to get a good one with all three kids. Oh well. Sorry there are so many pictures. I really did narrow it down!

I love her little hands

Her monkey toes. She seriously has the longest toes.

Can you guess who is less than thrilled about the new baby?

More proof.

Now a Family of 5

Our newest addition!
Carly Rae Cottrell
7 pounds 11 ounces
18 1/2 inches

Isn't she pretty? :) Kind of a little gross actually but our first glimpse of our baby girl.

Ok, that's better.

She ended up in the NICU for only about an hour to get her lungs cleared out.

Carly looks a lot like Emily did when she was born just with darker hair. Emily is completely obsessed with her. Chase is indifferent.

Grandma and Carly

Pretty girl.

Ready to go home.

We are so grateful to have Carly here safely in our family. We love her already!

Random Summer Pics

These are just some random pictures from the beginning of June through the end of July.

Such a goofball. She told me exactly how to pose.

Have I mentioned how much I love this boy? Just chillin reading a book on Emily's bed while I cleaned out Emily's closet.

The park.

Watching fireworks at the Bees game for the 24th of July.

These two are really becoming such good friends. They play really well together. They make me smile.

It's August!!!!

Hallelujah!! I never thought I would be so excited for it to be August. Usually I HATE the month of August. It's hot and nothing really too exciting happens. Plus it's the end of summer (which doesn't really make me too sad. I don't think it's a secret that I don't like summer.) but it means school starts and it's kind of back to real life.

But this August is different. By the end of this month this baby will no longer be in my belly! I can't even begin to express how happy that makes me. This pregnancy has been nothing short of miserable. :) But I'll try to keep the complaining to a minimum because I am extrememly excited to have this little girl join our family!

34 weeks. Not the most flattering picture but is anything really flattering when you're 9 months pregnant?
